Shrimp, Salad, Salmon Sunday
Shrimp, salad, salmon combo this glorious Sunday! Waking up early comes natural to me and today was no exception. I usually work out later in the evening but I felt motivated to try a morning session and it turned out really good. Reading other people's workout routines I tend to see more people working out earlier in the day and getting more energy from doing so, I am a contender!
The dish above is super easy to make and takes hardly anytime.
•Prep by thawing the salmon and shrimp, I buy peeled and deveined shrimp.
•After thawed rinse really well and season as desired.
•Lightly coat 2 pans with extra virgin olive oil and put heat on medium.
•Cook salmon and shrimp on both sides until done.
•Salad is super easy! I rinse once and sprinkle with seasonings.
